RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your lashes as much as we do!
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days from the purchase date for a full refund.
Returns received within 30 days will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Returns received within 31-60 days will receive a credit to use for future online purchases.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We strongly suggest purchasing tracking and insurance for your return parcel, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
We offer hassle free returns. To process and manage your returns online, please submit your request in the form provided below; a customer service representative someone with will respond to your request within 48 hours.
Please note, only items purchased on caviarcreme.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return.
Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of your package being delivered for a full refund.
The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.
Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or lesser value.
FINAL SALE and/or DISCOUNTED ITEMS: Any product marked as 'Final Sale' OR 'Discounted Item' is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Lashes purchased at Tradeshows, Events or from outside retailers or items without receipts do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
